NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediators

Seven of the attorneys at Young Moore and Henderson have received the training necessary to be certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court cases. They frequently function as mediators to resolve business, personal injury, health care and workers’ compensation disputes where the parties are represented by other lawyers or firms in North Carolina. The effectiveness of our lawyers in resolving disputes through mediation is recognized by other firms.

Our mediators have successfully resolved disputes in the areas of health care Certificate of Need, environmental fines or penalties, corporate and shareholder disputes, buy/sell arrangements, personal injury, workers’ compensation and condemnation matters.
