Background

Adam is a member of the firm’s general litigation team. He works in multiple practice areas including insurance and coverage litigation, business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, and retail and premises liability. Representative clients include North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., OM Financial Life Insurance Company, Western World Insurance Company, and Montgomery Mutual Insurance Company. Adam has litigated in the Superior Courts throughout North Carolina and in each of the three federal district courts.

Adam joined Young Moore and Henderson in 2008. He practiced at a New York City defense litigation firm for three years after receiving his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002. He also spent one year as an analyst in AIG’s toxic tort division, where he supervised and managed complex tort litigation nationwide at both the state and federal level. Adam was an associate at a Raleigh medical malpractice defense firm prior to joining us.
