Background
Elie Foy’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, and business planning. She works with clients to develop plans that will not only achieve the client’s wishes for the disposition of their assets but will secure the best estate and gift tax consequences. As a member of the firm’s business law team, Elie assists clients in matters including choice of business entity, drafting operating agreements and advising on partnership and corporate tax matters. She enjoys working with clients to tailor an estate or business plan to meet their specific needs and help them reach their individual goals. Elie joined Young Moore and Henderson in 2005. After practicing with the firm for three years, Elie returned to school and received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University in 2009.
