Background
Kelly is a member of Young Moore and Henderson’s general litigation team. In her practice, she handles defense of health care providers in medical malpractice actions and Section 1983 civil rights claims against health care providers. Kelly’s representative clients include hospitals and healthcare providers, businesses, insurance carriers and individuals.
Kelly joined Young Moore and Henderson as an associate in 2008. After receiving her law degree from the College of William and Mary in 2005, Kelly practiced at an international law firm in Dallas, Texas, focusing on commercial and mass tort litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical devices, intellectual property, and business litigation.
