Background

Lee, a member of the litigation team at Young Moore and Henderson, has expertise in medical malpractice and medical device cases. She rejoined Young Moore and Henderson as a shareholder in November 2009 after a number of years practicing with other law firms. She has more than 20 years of experience as a trial attorney. Her practice has largely focused on cases in which law and medicine intersect, such as the defense of cases alleging professional negligence, and pharmaceutical and medical device liability in both state and federal courts. In these areas, Lee has lectured and published extensively. She has represented health care providers in administrative, licensing and regulatory matters.
