Background
Steve is a member of the firm’s real estate transactions team. His practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on commercial lending. Steve focuses his practice on the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions secured by real property and workout, restructure and foreclosure work and the representation of developers in the acquisition, entitlement, permitting, construction, development and sale of commercial real estate. His practice also includes the representation of landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial and mixed use commercial leasing transactions.
Steve joined Young Moore and Henderson in 2009, after practicing a number of years with a large international law firm.
