Young Moore and Henderson has successfully represented clients in numerous types of labor and employment matters. They also include claims relating to sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, retaliation, workplace privacy, workers compensation, occupational safety and health, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, employment contracts, COBRA and employee benefits issues arising under ERISA.
