Brian O. Beverly
Brian O. Beverly is a member of the firm's trucking and transportation law and personal injury defense litigation teams. His practice areas include transportation liability, premises liability, complex insurance coverage analysis, nursing home and medical negligence litigation. He has litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts.
Brian has tried cases to jury verdict in various North Carolina venues. His trial resume includes medical negligence, products liability, transportation liability, premises liability and construction liability cases.
Brian is also certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission
to conduct mediated settlement conferences in Superior Court cases. He is available
to conduct mediations in most North Carolina counties.
Brian remains extremely involved in public service activities, including active
membership in the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association
of Defense Attorneys. He routinely handles pro bono cases for the Volunteer
Lawyer's Program. Brian has served on the board of Governors of the North Carolina
Bar Association and will serve as President of the North Carolina Association
of Defense Attorneys for the 2008-2009 year. He has recently been elected
to the International Association of Defense Counsel.
Brian has a BV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
