Michael S. Rainey joined Young Moore and Henderson as an associate in 2008. He received his law degree in 2007 from the Campbell University School of Law. He graduated cum laude and served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Campbell Law Review. Prior to joining Young Moore and Henderson, Michael was an associate at a New Bern insurance defense firm.

As a member of the firm's litigation team, Michael practices general litigation with special emphasis in trucking and transportation and products liability.

Michael is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, American Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Wake County Bar Association. In his spare time, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, football, and cheering for the Wolfpack.
