Kelly E. Street
Kelly E. Street joined Young Moore and Henderson as an associate in 2008. After receiving her law degree from the College of William and Mary in 2005, Kelly practiced at an international law firm in Dallas, Texas, focusing on commercial litigation and tort cases, including products liability, intellectual property litigation, and mass torts.
While at William and Mary, Kelly was a member of the Moot court team, a staff member of the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant. Before attending law school, Kelly graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with distinction from the University of Virginia in 2001, where she earned a degree in Government and served as a Class of 2001 Trustee.
Kelly works with the firm's general litigation team, focusing primarily on the
defense of health care providers in medical malpractice actions and 1983 civil
rights claims against health care providers.
Kelly is admitted to practice in both North Carolina and Texas and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Wake County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
