The Real Mother Trucker (RMT) Conference, founded in 2016 by transportation attorney Shannon Frankel, is an invitation-only event designed exclusively for women executives in the trucking and transportation industry. The conference is held each year in February in Raleigh, North Carolina. Attendees enjoy programming and fellowship among peers.

We are pleased to announce our 2020 keynote speaker is Sharon Delaney McCloud. Sharon is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, TEDx speaker, author, cancer survivor, Olympic Torch Bearer, corporate presentation coach, and motivational speaker who helps people improve their executive presence, amplify their voice, and build resilience.
