The Real Mother Trucker (RMT) Conference, founded in 2016 by transportation attorney Shannon Frankel, is an invitation-only event designed exclusively for women executives in the trucking and transportation industry. The conference is held each year in February in Raleigh, North Carolina. Attendees enjoy programming and fellowship among peers.

2022 Keynote Speaker

We are excited to welcome motivational speaker, Denise Ryan with Firestar, back for a second time around! Combining enthusiasm, frankness, and humor to engage and educate, Denise is known for energizing her audience and creating enormous amounts of laughter. Denise will share some tips from her new book, Pink Prep, a woman’s best guide to preparing for the worst. Pink Prep encourages and helps women to prepare in 5 key areas: financial, health, relationships, travel, and disasters.
