McCullough and Brown Appear in United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit

Elizabeth Pharr McCullough and Kelly Street Brown appeared in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on October 28th, on behalf of two physicians in a Section 1983 Eighth Amendment claim. Plaintiff appealed the District Court dismissal of his case based on a motion to dismiss. In his suit, Plaintiff alleged that that his Constitutional rights were violated in the provision of medical care for a heart condition. McCullough and Brown have successfully defended numerous disputes in both state and federal court involving medical malpractice and constitutional claims against health care providers. McCullough and Brown also represent health care providers before the North Carolina Board of Medicine and/or Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.
