Crook Appointed to NC Bar Association Appellate Rules Committee
Jonathan L. Crook was recently appointed to the Appellate Rules Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association. The committee’s goal is improving the quality of appellate practice in North Carolina. Its members are lawyers and judges from across the state who meet regularly to discuss appellate problems and possible solutions. As a member of the committee, Jonathan will work with committee members to examine the rules of appellate procedure and recommend revisions to the Board of Governors who will submit the changes for consideration by the N.C. Supreme Court.
Jonathan practices with the firm’s litigation team. His practice focuses on employment law, insurance coverage analysis, and business litigation.
