McCullough and Brown Win Summary Judgment

Elizabeth Pharr McCullough and Kelly Street Brown win summary judgment affirmed by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Elizabeth and Kelly represented a physician in a Section 1983 Eighth Amendment claim in which the plaintiff alleged that his Constitutional rights were violated related to the provision of blood pressure and allergy medications. Elizabeth and Kelly have successfully defended numerous disputes in both state and federal court involving medical malpractice constitutional claims against health care providers. Elizabeth and Kelly also represent health care providers before the North Carolina Board of Medicine and/or Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.
