McCullough Presents “HIPAA and HITECH: Who Cares?”

Elizabeth P. McCullough recently presented on the new HIPAA law changes to multiple offices of a large ENT practice. Elizabeth presented “HIPAA and HITECH: Who cares?” This presentation discussed how HIPAA and HITECH laws should be practically applied in the health care setting, how to avoid a breach, and the new risk assessment protocol used when a breach occurs. The presentation also included a discussion of the most relevant changes to HIPAA that occurred in September of last year.
