McCullough Appointed to Alliance Medical Ministry Board of Directors
Alliance Medical Ministry has appointed Elizabeth P. McCullough to its Board of Directors. The non-profit medical clinic was established in 2003 to serve the working uninsured in need of affordable medical care. Alliance Medical Ministry is supported through generous donations from individuals, corporations, congregations and foundations, and serves over 2,500 low-income adults annually with comprehensive primary care, select specialty care and screenings, labs, access to prescription medication, off-site referrals, behavioral health, and wellness programming.
Elizabeth is a shareholder at Young Moore and Henderson, P.A., where she also serves as a member of the Practice Management Committee and leader of the Health Care Industry Group. She focuses her practice on advising and defending health care providers in matters involving patient care issues and risk management issues. This includes medical malpractice cases, civil rights litigation, and representing clients before professional licensing boards including the North Carolina Medical Board, the North Carolina Board of Nursing, and the North Carolina Board of Social Work Certification and Licensure Board.
Elizabeth is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America™ and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
