Young Moore Welcomes Brittany Levine

Young Moore is pleased to welcome Brittany D. Levine to the firm. Brittany is an associate and focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and health care compliance. She represents clients in the areas of business litigation, transportation defense, and eminent domain. Brittany also advises and defends providers and professionals of long term care facilities. In addition to her litigation practice, Brittany counsels clients in matters involving healthcare privacy, breach notification and reporting requirements, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.

Brittany earned her law degree magna cum laude from Campbell Law School. During law school, she served as a moot court competitor, contracts teaching scholar, research assistant for ethics and criminal law, and pro bono project volunteer. Brittany also completed a judicial externship at the North Carolina Supreme Court for Justice Paul Newby and was selected for membership in The Order of Barristers, the national society recognizing outstanding performance in the art of advocacy. Brittany received her BA in Political Science from American University.
