Young Moore Welcomes Brittany Levine
Young Moore is pleased to welcome Brittany D. Levine to its Health Care Team. She advises and defends health care providers in matters involving patient care and risk management issues. She also represents clients in federal court in Section 1983 civil rights litigation claims involving medical providers. In addition, Brittany represents providers and professionals in complex defense litigation for nursing homes and other long term care clients. Before joining Young Moore, Brittany assisted clients with a variety of matters including employment contracts, various tort cases, and criminal appeals.
Brittany earned her law degree magna cum laude from Campbell Law School. During law school, she served as a moot court competitor, contracts teaching scholar, research assistant for ethics and criminal law, and pro bono project volunteer. Brittany also completed a judicial externship at the North Carolina Supreme Court for Justice Paul Newby and was selected for membership in The Order of Barristers, the national society recognizing outstanding performance in the art of advocacy. Brittany received her BA in Political Science from American University.
