Hunter Memorial Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 to honor the memory of Jerry Wade Hunter and to carry on his legacy of advocating for students to pursue excellence in both athletics and academics. The foundation provides scholarships funded by the proceeds of its annual golf tournaments to student-athletes at East Duplin High in North Caroina where Jerry served as longtime athletic director.
