Alexander A. Atchison recently presented at a MassMutual lunch and learn on business entity considerations for dental practices. In his presentation, Alex discussed business entities for licensed professionals and the benefits of forming a business entity. Alex represents clients in a variety of transactional matters including entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, corporate governance, finance, succession planning and other commercial contracts.
