Fountain Presents to Medical Staff

Reed N. Fountain recently presented at the annual medical staff meeting of a regional medical center. Reed educated the staff on how to remain compliant with Medical Board reporting requirements, respond to Medical Board inquiries, and remain compliant with the Controlled Substances Reporting Act. A large part of Reed’s practice is focused in the areas of occupational licensing boards and administrative law. He has helped clients facing inquiries from a variety of Boards including; the Board of Dental Examiners, Medical Board, Board of Pharmacy, Board of Nursing and the Psychology Board.
