McCullen Accepted into the Southeast Fellows Institute of ACTEC
Chadwick I. McCullen, shareholder at Young Moore, has been accepted into Class II of the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Chad concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, asset protection, business law, and commercial real estate matters. Chad is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law and served on the Estate Planning and Probate Committee of the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He has been a frequent presenter on estate planning and fiduciary law topics at continuing legal education programs for other lawyers.
The Southeast Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.
The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The program began in September 2023 and concludes in May 2024.
