Nick Fountain and Reed Fountain participate in Best Practice Seminar

John N. (Nick) Fountain and Reed N. Fountain helped organize and present the second annual “Occupational Licensing Agencies Best Practice Seminar,” for Occupational Licensing Agencies. The seminar was held at the North Carolina State Bar on April 12th and was attended by 110 representatives of 43 different Agencies. Nick offered a welcome and introductory remarks and led the closing discussion. Reed presented a legislative update, including a status report on recent activities of the Administrative Procedure Oversight Committee of the North Carolina General Assembly.
