Nick Fountain and Reed Fountain participate in Best Practice Seminar

John N. (Nick) Fountain and Reed N. Fountain helped organize and present the first annual “Occupational Licensing Agencies Best Practice Seminar,” for Occupational Licensing Agencies. The seminar was held at the North Carolina State Bar on May 5th and was attended by representatives of 48 different Agencies. Nick offered a welcome and introductory remarks and led the closing discussion. Reed presented an overview of the best practices for conducting administrative hearings.
