Ogburn Appointed Sub-Committee Chair of ACTEC Employee Benefits in Estate Planning Committee

Rudy L. Ogburn has been appointed Chair of the Legislative Developments Subcommittee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Committee on Employee Benefits in Estate Planning. Rudy and his Subcommittee will be monitoring federal legislative proposals. Rudy is also currently serving as State Chair of the North Carolina Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
