Rudy L. Ogburn has been reappointed as 2014-15 North Carolina State Chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) by President-Elect Kathleen Sherby. In addition, Mrs. Sherby reappointed Ogburn to the national ACTEC Employee Benefits in Estate Planning Committee.
