Rainey Attends NCTA Call on Washington Event

Transportation attorney, Michael S. Rainey, recently attended the North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA) Call on Washington event. Transportation professionals from across North Carolina traveled to Washington, D.C. for a policy briefing and in person meetings with North Carolina U.S. Representatives and Senators to discuss legislation and regulations affecting the trucking industry.

A member of the firm’s Transportation “Go Team”, Michael focuses his practice on the field of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of trucking and transportation, product liability, and insurance defense cases. He represents numerous national clients on a state-wide basis and has substantial experience in coordinating the emergency response and investigation of catastrophic losses throughout North Carolina.
