Donna Renfrow Rutala spoke at the Statewide Program for Infection Control and Epidemiology (SPICE) on April 28th, 2014. The conference drew attendees from across North Carolina and the southeastern United States; Donna’s program was titled “Legal Aspects of lnfection Control.”
