Senter Presents at Trucking and Transportation Seminar

David A. Senter, Jr. recently presented on the “Investigation, Authentication and Admissibility of Truck Accident Evidence” at a National Business Institute seminar in Charlotte, North Carolina. David discussed the importance of gathering and preserving evidence following a trucking accident, including the basics of an accident scene investigation. David’s presentation also provided an overview of applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and discussed a trucking company’s obligations regarding record and evidence preservation. Finally, David analyzed the purpose and effectiveness of data maintained by CSA, the FMCSA’s safety compliance and enforcement program.
