David A. Senter recently presented “Litigating Slip, Trip and Fall Cases in North Carolina- A Practical Legal Toolkit for Resolving One of the Most Commonly Disputed Injuries.” David drew on compelling case studies to introduce slip and fall cases and discuss the fundamentals of establishing and defending a slip and fall cause of action. He also presented on the prevention of slip, trips, and falls, as well as ethically advising the business or property owner prior to and during litigation. David made the presentation at a National Business Institute seminar in Raleigh.
