Tobin Presents at Annual International Conference on Claims Avoidance and Litigation Management

Jay P. Tobin presented “Life In The Trenches: What Every Defense Lawyer Wished His Blasting Company Clients Knew” at the 2015 annual conference of the International Society of Explosive Engineers (ISEE), the world’s largest professional association for explosive engineers. Jay’s presentation discussed claims avoidance and litigation management within the explosives industry. The conference was held February 1-4 in New Orleans.
