Jay P. Tobin has been selected to present at the 2015 annual conference of the International Society of Explosive Engineers (ISEE), the world’s largest professional association for explosives engineers. Jay’s presentation will be on claims avoidance and litigation management within the explosives industry. The conference will be held February 1-4, 2015 in New Orleans.
