Young Moore and Henderson Selected as Counsel for The Board of Podiatry Examiners of North Carolina

The firm is pleased to announce that Reed N. Fountain and Mary Boyce Wells have been selected to serve as legal counsel for the Board of Podiatry Examiners of the state of North Carolina. Young Moore was selected from a field of six law firms who focus on the fields of administrative law, governmental affairs, and health care, specifically representing occupational licensing boards.

About the Board of Podiatry Examiners:

The Board of Podiatry Examiners was established by North Carolina General Statute (90-202.2 to 90-202.14) as North Carolina’s licensing and registry board for the profession of podiatry. The purpose of NCBPE is to serve the best interests of the public and medical profession by evaluating the initial and continuing qualifications of podiatrists in the state of North Carolina. In addition to issuing licenses, the Board has the authority to suspend, revoke, or cancel licenses of podiatrists in the state of North Carolina.
