Young Moore Hosts “Important Legal Issues Facing Medical Care Providers,” Part 4

Young Moore and Henderson hosted the fourth of a series of seminars, “Important Legal Issues Facing Medical Care Providers” on June 8th. During the complimentary seminar, guest speaker Deputy General Counsel Brian Blankenship from the North Carolina Medical Board offered an inside perspective on the screening and investigation of complaints. During the latter part of the evening, firm attorneys participated in a panel discussion on what to do if you receive a letter from the Medical Board or are contacted by an investigator. At the conclusion of the evening, the floral arrangements used to decorate the seminar were donated to Oberlin Road Pediatrics & Samaritan Health Center. The next seminar in the series will take place on September 21, 2016. For more information on how our attorneys serve members of the health care profession, please click here.
