Allen Presents at North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference

Lori M. Allen presented “Tell Me More! Ethical and Professionalism Issues in Discovery” on Thursday, October 6. The presentation, which was given by Lori and Gina Cammarano, focused on statutory law, rules of professional conduct and ethical opinions impacting practitioners’ use of discovery in workers’ compensation cases. The presentation was part of the 21st annual North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference that took place October 5th-7th in Raleigh.
