We help our clients create better workplaces.
*Please visit our COVID-19 Resource Center for more information related to the Coronavirus outbreak.*
Young Moore’s employment lawyers understand the legal hurdles of the workplace. We strive to understand your business and help you achieve your goals related to hiring, non-competition, creation of and compliance with company policies, equal employment issues, terminations, agency investigations and many other employment issues your business may face on a daily basis.
Our employment team has a broad understanding of the law and years of experience related to the practical application of the law to business. We will guide you through issues related to discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, retaliation, workplace privacy, workers’ compensation, occupational safety and health, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, employment contracts, and matters related to COBRA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA and ERISA.
The Young Moore team works closely with our clients, providing legal advice, but also working to anticipate their needs, so that we can help prevent employment problems before they arise. We offer risk-management and compliance counseling and routinely provide training to our human resource clients and line managers.
When our employment clients face litigation related to discrimination, wrongful discharge and other employment related issues, Young Moore lawyers represent them in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before the EEOC and other administrative agencies. We recognize that there is a time for education and dispute resolution, but litigation may sometimes be an unavoidable part of doing business. Our litigators are problem solvers with a wealth of litigation experience at all levels. We are responsive, efficient and focused on helping our clients obtain the best result.
Young Moore is proud to be a member of ALFA International, America’s oldest legal network of independent law firms, allowing us to address our clients’ needs wherever they may occur. Learn more
