Brock and deRosset appear in U.S. Court of Appeals

Walter E. Brock, Jr. and Robert C. deRosset appeared in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit on October 28th, on behalf of a large Raleigh employer seeking to preserve a trial court judgment they had obtained in its favor on a software licensing dispute. Walter has successfully litigated a number of disputes in both state and federal court over intellectual property rights including software licensing, copyright infringement, and patent ownership.
