Brown and McCullen Present at Duke Estate Planning Conference

Young Moore attorneys, Stephen A. Brown and Chadwick I. McCullen, recently presented at the 43rd Annual Duke University Estate Planning Conference on the topic North Carolina State Law Developments. The four-day virtual conference was held October 19-22, 2021 and consisted of a series of lecture sessions designed to examine in detail current developments in the estate and gift tax field; strengthen the practitioner’s knowledge and application of estate planning techniques to a multitude of diverse and complex problems; and to provide a forum for the discussion of important estate planning problems and their solutions.

Stephen and Chad are both shareholders at Young Moore and are Board Certified Specialists in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Stephen focuses his practice on business formation and structuring, wealth transfer planning, and litigation involving fiduciaries, trusts, estates and guardianships. Chad focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, asset protection, business law, and commercial real estate matters.
