McCullen recently presented on navigating business-related issues that often arise in family law cases at a continuing legal education (CLE) seminar hosted by the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Family Law Section. The event brought together family law attorneys from across the state to address critical topics and best practices.
Chad is a shareholder at Young Moore where he concentrates his practice in business law, taxation, estate planning and administration, and commercial real estate matters. He frequently assists family law attorneys and their clients in complex equitable distribution matters involving closely-held and family owned business interests. Chad is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law and serves on the Estate Planning and Probate Law committee of the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
