deRosset presents at NC Association of Defense Attorneys Fall Seminar

Robert C. deRosset delivered a continuing education presentation at the NC Association of Defense Attorneys 2016 Fall Seminar on September 30. The presentation, “Practical Tips for Pursuing Additional Insured Coverage,” focused on handling additional insured claims in construction litigation and discussed practical steps to best represent a construction client. The presentation was attended by fellow members of the North Carolina construction bar as well as insurance claims professionals working in construction law.
