Matthew J. Gray presented a 2 hour seminar on the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate at the North Carolina Association, Long Term Care Facilities’ Spring Conference in Wilmington on May 25, 2016. The presentation addressed the employer mandate requirements of the Affordable Care Act and the interesting political history of the enactment of the Affordable Care Act.
