Hoffman Participates in Mock Jury Trial

Shareholder Dana H. Hoffman participated in a Mock Jury Trial at the American Trucking Association’s Technology and Maintenance Council Seminar on September 25th in Orlando. Dana played the role of plaintiff ‘s counsel in the trial focusing on a commercial truck accident involving possible mechanical failures. The trial was sponsored by the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) of which Dana is completing her fifth year as a Board member and currently serves as Executive Secretary.
