Hoffman Successfully Defends Client Against Negligence Claim

Dana H. Hoffman recently defended a jury trial involving injury to multiple cyclists. After nine days of testimony and deliberation, the jury found her client not negligent, but returned a negligence verdict against another defendant. Dana and her client did not have to participate in the damage phase of the trial.
