Rainey Participates in Panel Discussion

Michael S. Rainey participated in a panel discussion “Best Practice Procedures ‘What to Say and Not Say After a CMV Incident.’” The panel discussion was organized by the North Carolina Trucking Association (NCTA) Safety & Human Resources Counsel and took place on January 20th in Winston Salem. Panel members spoke on a variety of topics, including how to handle the initial phone call after an accident occurs, best practices for gathering and preserving evidence, the impact of social media on accident investigations and claims handling, and general tips for investigating accidents involving commercial motor vehicles.
