Rutala speaks on Hammond v. Saini decision and implications for hospital peer review

Donna Renfrow Rutala presented on the North Carolina Supreme Court’s Decision in Hammond v. Saini et. al. and led a panel discussion related to future implications of the decision for North Carolina hospitals. Donna gave the presentation at the spring meeting of the North Carolina Association of Hospital Risk Managers (ASHRM); in attendance were risk managers, insurance professionals, and attorneys.
