Joseph W. Williford participated in a panel discussion, “Negotiation: Finding the ‘Sweet Spot”‘ on May 19th at ALFA International’s 2014 International Health Care Seminar in Austin Texas. Joe, and the other members of the panel, offered insight on the many facets of successful negotiation. A few topics discussed included the interpersonal and psychological dynamics of the negotiation process and techniques that can be used to avoid stalled negotiation.
