Chris will participate in a panel discussion titled “Adapting in the Arena: Strategies for Confronting Jury Trial Twists.” The five-person panel, composed of three in-house counsel and two outside counsel with significant trial experience, will offer insights into trial decision-making and share their experiences with a variety of trial scenarios.
A shareholder at Young Moore, Chris is an experienced trial attorney in North Carolina, where he represents several national clients with all of their legal needs, including commercial disputes, trademark litigation, construction disputes and accidents, employment litigation, product liability, insurance coverage and premises security incidents. Chris has been named as a “Super Lawyer” in business litigation for many consecutive years and is listed in “Best Lawyers” for commercial litigation, employment litigation and insurance law. After graduating summa cum laude from Duke University, Chris earned his law degree from Yale Law School, where he served as senior editor for the Yale Law Journal. Chris is the former chair of ALFAI’s Hospitality and Retail Law Practice Group, former chair of ALFAI’s Marketing Committee, and a former member of ALFAI’s Board of Directors. Chris was named ALFAI’s “Attorney of the Year” in 2017.
