Young Moore Hosts “Important Legal Issues Facing Medical Care Providers”

Young Moore and Henderson hosted the first of a series of seminars, “Important Legal Issues Facing Medical Care Providers” on October 15th. During the complimentary seminar, firm attorneys discussed a variety of timely topics that affect physicians. Topics included: Hot Topics in Estate Planning: Modern Tools and Trends in Wealth Transfer, Dangers of Subpoenas and Releases: HIPAA and Beyond, and Tweeting for Trouble with Social Media.
