Alicia L. Bray

Attorney

Alicia L. Bray is a member of Young Moore’s Healthcare Litigation team, where she focuses her practice on advising and defending long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and healthcare providers across North Carolina.

With more than 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Alicia brings a practical, industry-informed perspective to her litigation practice. She regularly represents clients in long-term care and healthcare-related disputes, including professional liability claims and complex matters involving resident care, risk management, and operational challenges.

Alicia also has experience handling legal and accounting malpractice claims, as well as insurance defense matters involving premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. While her broader litigation background informs her approach, her primary focus is on supporting long-term care providers in navigating claims and minimizing risk, and she works with clients to develop practical, strategic approaches to litigation that align with their goals.

A native of Danville, Virginia, Alicia graduated magna cum laude from Averett University in 2004 with a degree in English and a minor in Psychology. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Elon University School of Law in 2011. During law school, she competed internationally as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team in New York, Belgium, and Austria.
