Anderson is a member of Young Moore’s Transportation and Logistics team and represents clients in trucking litigation, product liability, premises liability, and insurance defense cases. He is a regular speaker at the annual Trucking Claims Boot Camps held throughout the United States. The program is designed to support the trucking claims community by providing valuable insights on effectively responding to claims and managing high-exposure litigation trials with efficiency.
Anderson joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Davis on both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where he was the Student Note Editor of the Alaska Law Review. Anderson received a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
A North Carolina native, Anderson lives with his wife in Durham. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the Triangle, playing tennis, and reading British murder mysteries.
